I’m Mason Hamilton, creator of the Back 2 Baseline system and guide for high-performing men ready to stop spiraling and start living from grounded clarity. My work blends nervous system regulation, somatic structure, and sound healing to help you come back to your body, your truth, and your power.

 

Mason’s Vibrations isn’t just about healing, it’s about building a new internal foundation. One that helps you reset your nervous system, break the burnout cycle, and create lasting change. This platform was built to meet you where you are and walk with you toward where you’re meant to be.

My Journey 

My story starts where a lot of high-functioning men find themselves... Looking successful on the outside, but disconnected and overwhelmed on the inside. I was grinding through the motions, chasing results, and trying to outrun the noise in my own head. I didn’t know it at the time, but I was stuck in survival mode: reactive, overthinking, emotionally shut down.

 

I tried everything to fix it. Therapy. Breathwork. Podcasts. Cold plunges. Plant medicine. For a while, it all helped. I’d have clarity for a week or two… then spiral right back. The more I searched, the more frustrated I became. I didn’t need more insight, I needed integration.

 

My turning point came when I stopped trying to fix myself and started learning how to actually regulate my system. That’s when I began to understand that my body wasn’t the problem, it was the key. Once I stopped intellectualizing everything and started listening to my nervous system, things began to shift.

 

I built structure around my healing. I learned to create rituals that worked with my wiring. I stopped chasing breakthroughs and started rebuilding my baseline. That changed everything.

 

What I found wasn’t a quick fix, it was a sustainable system. And that system became the foundation of Back 2 Baseline. The process I now walk other men through to help them get clear, grounded, and fully back in control of their lives.

At its core, Mason’s Vibrations is about resonance. The way aligned frequencies amplify each other. This principle isn’t just physical, it’s energetic. The space I create is designed to meet men where they are and raise the vibration of who they’re becoming. It’s a space of recalibration, alignment, and deep restoration.

 

What began as a Sound Healing practice evolved into something more: a full-system approach to nervous system regulation, inner structure, and sustainable leadership.

 

This is the heartbeat of the Back 2 Baseline system, where science meets spirit, and structure supports your authentic self.

Why Choose Me

I’m not a guru. Not a shaman. Not someone who’s figured it all out. I’m a man who’s been in the pit, stuck in his head, disconnected from his body, silently unraveling while the world thought he was fine.

 

I’ve known what it feels like to wake up tense, go to bed numb, and live every day in a state of quiet pressure. Trying to push through, trying to be “better,” trying to fix what I didn’t have language for.

 

When I found sound healing, it wasn’t just a tool, it was a lifeline. And when I started regulating my nervous system, building structure into my healing, and finding my rhythm again, everything began to change. That’s when I stopped surviving and started leading.

 

The journey wasn’t linear. It took missteps, spirals, hard lessons, and years of integration. But over time, I built something solid, a system that doesn’t just help you feel good for a moment, but helps you rebuild from the inside out.

 

That system became Back 2 Baseline. And now, I walk with other men who are where I was... Overwhelmed, overthinking, and silently struggling. You don’t have to navigate the mountain alone. I’ve mapped the terrain. I know where it gets slippery. I know what tools actually work. And I’ll walk beside you as you find your footing, and your power, again.

What most men don’t realize is that their system isn’t broken.

It’s just been stuck in survival for too long. That’s where I come in.

 

I’ve dedicated my life to helping men like you find the clarity, calm, and control they’ve been chasing, not by pushing harder, but by rewiring what’s underneath the pressure.

 

Along the way, I’ve:

    •    Worked with thousands of individuals seeking peace, presence, and real structure that actually sticks

    •    Studied and embodied techniques across nervous system regulation, Sound Healing, somatic rhythm, breathwork, meditation, just to name a few.

    •    Battled my own cycles of burnout, shutdown, resistance, and self-doubt and built the exact system I needed but couldn’t find

 

What I teach isn’t just theory. It’s the lived, hard-earned blueprint I’ve used to rebuild from the ground up and now walk others through inside Back 2 Baseline.
